Miss Reader

Reading really is the thing nowadays :). Daddy has taught Lotta to read Turun Sanomat and today she came after my Kodin Kuvalehti.

The hair as you may notice is still doing its own thing. We went to the neuvola yesterday for Lotta's four month check up. They commented on it and said something about having quite a hairdo. I said that it was in fact kind of flat yesterday - which it really was - but I don't think that they believed me since it is so wild even when it's flatter. There's a very strong swirl on the back of her haid that she's inherited from the both of us which is the biggest reason for the punk rock style she has. We really don't do anything to make it like that and when we try to flatten it out we fail miserably. The hair has a mind of its own. In addition, it's curly when it's wet so I think that probably causes it to stand up on end so strongly.

Lotta's latest numbers ar 6,170 kg, and 64 cm. According to the doctor she seems to not grow quite as fast any more which was to be expected since neither Husband nor I are that tall.

One of Lotta's godmom's has her birthday today. She is - godmom, that is - four days my senior which gave me great joy when we were younger. Now the four days before it's my turn to turn 40 seem to be going veeeeeery fast. More importantly, though have a blessed birthday godmom!!!!! We love you :).
