Vuosi pari sitten ystäväni ja tämän turkulaisen kansainvälisen seurakuntani jäsen mainitsi Reallivepreacher.com blogin. Blogia piti ja pitää Gordon Atkinson. Aivan loistava teksasilainen baptistipastori.
A year or two ago I encountered the first blog that I really got interested in. It is called the Reallivepreacher.com and has given me a lot to laugh about and more often than not a lot also to think about. Gordon Atkinson is an amazing, wise and warm baptist minister who is both able to laugh at himself and at the bizzare aspects of our Christian faith without ever being annoying or overly sarcastic. And so little by little I came to think that maybe blogging could be something for me, too. Not that I am anywhere close to Atkinson but quite simply because I think that it is here in the internet that most of my congregation hangs out in any case. Might as well find your pastor here, too.I'm going to be writing in two languages since I work in Finnish and in English so the part you found hard to comprehend was possibly Finnish :).For today this is the extent of what I'll write, but in the immortal words of Arnold Schwartzenegger I'll be back, soon.
